The lot is in Gift Plantation on Johns Island, SC, a neighborhood that is located

on the Stono River intercoastal waterway.

The lot is situated on the apex of a cul-de-sac that forms a peninsula into a natural wetland pond.

The properties triangular shape allows for approximately 270 feet bordering the natural pond.

More times than not when we are out at the property, large birds land and

hang around in the pond playing and hunting.

The community dock access is a short walk past a couple of houses and a land bridge

between a creek and the natural pond.

It is a beautiful walk to get the intercoastal waterway; the dock over the marsh connects two islands

with paths through the Live Oak trees. There are several benches that invite you to sit look out over

the river or marsh views.

At the end of you walk you will find a large dock head with built-in bench

seats and a floating dock to park your boat, or put you feet in the water.

The water entices you to fish, crab, shrimp, or relax with an adult beverage.

Usually you are the only person out there as if it is your own private dock.

Walking out to witness the sunset is one my favorite things to do while out there.

During the summer you have access to the community pool;

you can also relax on cast iron benches and tables under the large vine covered trellis.

Next to the pool is the clubhouse that can be very reasonably rented day or evening for your events.

Besides having access to the pool, there are built in grills, park benches, and a green area

for kids to run around or serve as an extra area for guests to relax.

There are also two tennis courts where you can enjoy a game of tennis or

leisurely volley a ball with friends.

Near the clubhouse there is a boardwalk over the wetlands that is covered with

Cypress trees growing out of the water.

Between boardwalks, a path leads you through a large number

beautiful Minor Sable Palms plants and many other interesting sights.

All the homes are custom built and being that over 90% of the lots

are already developed and not one is the same, you can be assured the
